Security deposit is equal to one month's rent and is due at the time of lease signing. There are NO APPLICATION FEES. The only fees taken from the deposit are cleaning fees when the lease ends, in addition to any damages.

Tours will only be scheduled on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 9 AM and 1 PM.
Applications will be accepted beginning 11/1/2025 at 9AM. Only hard copy applications will be accepted from 11/1/25-12/31/2025.
