We offer a limited number of reserved parking spaces for non-residents of The Hamilton. These leases are ideal for commuters or those needing consistent parking near Rutgers campus.

All non-tenant parking leases require a 3-month deposit upon signing.
This deposit is applied to March, April, and May of the lease term.

12-Month Lease - June 1, 2025 – May 23, 2026

• $175/month   

11-Month Lease - July 1, 2025 – May 23, 2026 

• $195/month   

10-Month Lease - August 1, 2025 – May 23, 2026 

• $215/month   

9-Month Lease - September 1, 2025 – May 23, 2026 

• $235/month   

• Spots are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Each space is assigned and requires a parking pass.
